Neither Intentional Nor Coincidental

Here’s another picture taken in the Joan Miro Museum. It’s the inside of a sculpture that was created in homage to Miro. Regret not noting the artist’s name.

Other pictures below from the same museum.

The coincidence that I’m referring to in the post title is related to the music part of this project. The songs have a birth theme and it’s honestly not a premeditated notion. It’s not preconceived (ugh), it emerged (awful), I enjoy it, although I’m wary of belaboring the metaphor. At some point might have to sever.

Soon there’ll be another track written for another very recent new born. Another little girl. 3-1 girls if you’re keeping score. They’re all people that I care a lot about and that’s helped the songwriting along.

Delivery is Possible is still an open concept. The baby delivery part is a phase. I think. Time will tell.

You know, most singer songwriters are boring and self absorbed.

“Industry rule number four thousand and eighty,
record company people are shady.
So kids watch your back ’cause I think they smoke crack,
I don’t doubt it. Look at how they act.”

Traveling in Spain while studying Hemingway and Dos Passos hasn’t helped my vocabulary. I did take some pictures though.
