Almost exactly the time I got this site up, I was invited to join a great band called Whitey on the Moon. That was October 2006.

Many years ago (’98) I performed on Whitey’s first release “Special New Band”. That was good fun. In 2004 I joined them in the studio to help mix their second release “Discolandia”.

It was an easy decision to put this Delivery is Possible project somewhat on hold and help the Whitey guys prepare material for a third record.

We released that record about a month ago. It’s called “One Less Car”. It’s received some positive reviews and I’m sure more will come. The Whitey dudes brought their best to the studio and it’s a fine collection of songs.

The “One Less Car” CD release show was awesome, a real high note for all of us I think. Following the show I decided to shift my attention back to the Delivery is Possible project.

Whitey has a show this Friday at the House of Shields in San Francisco.
